A practice closed.
The name stayed.
From 2010 to 2014 this was a South Tampa wellness clinic’s website.
Then parking, then silence, then a gambling template wearing a doctor’s name.
Four years of a clinic. Twelve of nobody.
The practice
Services as marketed, a professional biography, an FAQ and a blog — quoted as what the site said, not as medicine. 2010–2013.
Two notices
“Has relocated,” then “moving out of state.” The last two homepages, 2013–2014.
Only what the practice published about itself is quoted. Addresses, phones, emails, staff names and patient testimonials are not reproduced.
2026A NAME WITH A PAST. A SITE WITH A FUTURE.
The domain is a person’s name.
The site says so, loudly.
A physician’s former web address can end up advertising anything — here it ended up advertising an online casino in Chinese. This archive exists so that a patient’s old bookmark lands on something honest instead, and so that nobody mistakes it for the doctor.
We’re following the snapshots and leaving out everything personal. If you are Dr. Allen and want something changed, say so and it will be.
Read the full disclaimer ↗The old addresses still work.
/anti-aging, /wellness, /weight-loss, /dr-allen, /faq, /testimonials and the blog articles redirect to the pages that explain them. Parking and hijack paths return 410.
